Terms & Conditions for Summer Camps


Kildare & District Underage League in association with our partner Coerver Coaching are organising camps.

Coaching camps are open to Boys and Girls between the ages of 5 and 14 years of age.


All KDUL coaching camps venues will be covered by Public Liability Insurance but not for personal accident.

Medical Consent form: If a medical consent form has not already been signed by a parent/ guardian of the child attending, he/ she must do so and hand it in to the camp co-ordinator on the first day of camp before any activity commences. Copies of the medical consent form will be available on site at the camp venue. The KDUL camps are staffed by approved coaches appointed by the host venue who will implement the highest safety measures.

The KDUL will not be held responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home. At all camps, participants may be asked to assume the position of goalkeeper or play with participants of a different age. The parent / guardian of any child who does not wish their child to assume this position or play with children of a different age must make it knownat the time of booking. In the absence of such notification it shall be deemed that the parent / guardian has consented to their child assuming a goalkeeping position or to playing with children of a different age if requested to do so by a coach.


The venue for all camps will be as per advertisement.


The head coach is responsible for all activities during the soccer week at the centre. The Head Coach in charge is responsible for all coaching activities during soccer week at the centre.


Participants must follow the instructions of the coaching staff in charge. Misbehaviour may result in the participant being suspended from the coaching camp and the fee will not be refunded.

In the interest of safety, participants are not permitted to leave the coaching camp during the coaching camp hours without the written consent of a parent/ guardian.

Lost or stolen items:

KDUL coaching camps Limited or the host club is not responsible for any items lost or stolen during the course of the coaching camp.


All KDUL coaching camps Limited shall not be held accountable should the soccer activities be suspended or cancelled due to bad weather. In cases where the weather is deemed bad enough for the coaching activities to be suspended the coaching staff will be available to supervise alternative indoor activities, only if the host club or venue can provide such an indoor facility. In the event of an indoor facility not being available, coaching will be suspended if bad weather conditions persist.

The coaches will contact the parent or guardian to advise them should the suspension of coaching activities become necessary. Parents/ guardians will be informed immediately by the Head Coach of the suspension of the coaching camp. The coaching staff will of course supervise all children until they have been collected.

If due to bad weather the Coerver or KDUL camp is cancelled in its entirety payment will be refunded less €10 administration charge.


No refunds will be entertained for any cancellation that is made within 14 working days of the first day of the camps.


Coerver or KDUL may use photographs of participants for future promotion of coaching camps. If the participating child is under a court order or is in care of the HSE the parent/guardian must advise the KDUL of this at time of booking. If any parent/guardian does not want their child to be photographed or videoed by the KDUL for promotional purposes, the parent/guardian must advise this in writing to the KDUL at time of booking.


All information contained on the application form may be retained for promotional purposes for future camps.


All refunds will carry a €10 administration charge
